Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of YT CreatorPilot (“the Service”) at ytcreatorpilot.com. By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
YT CreatorPilot helps creators generate YouTube video ideas, scripts, titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnail concepts and related content using AI, and view their channel analytics. Features and limits may change over time.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.
3. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)
You may add your own Anthropic, OpenAI or YouTube API keys. You are responsible for those keys, for any charges your providers bill you, and for complying with their terms. Keep your keys confidential.
4. Free Tier, Credits & Fair Use
The free tier runs on our AI key with a daily credit limit. Credits and limits are described in the app and may change. You must not abuse, automate, resell, or attempt to circumvent the limits, or use the Service to overload or harm it.
5. Plans & Payments
- Paid plans (e.g. Basic, Pro, Premium) are sold as 30-day passes and may be paid via JazzCash, EasyPaisa or other supported methods.
- Prices are shown in the app and may change for future purchases.
- Because access is delivered immediately and digitally, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Passes do not auto-renew unless stated.
- The “Pro free” bonus for signing up to partners (e.g. Binance) is a promotional grant and may be limited, changed or withdrawn.
6. Your Content & Affiliate Links
Content you generate is yours to use, but you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing and for ensuring it complies with the policies of YouTube and other platforms, applicable laws, and any financial/advertising rules. AI output may be inaccurate — verify facts, figures, offers and any referral/affiliate claims yourself.
7. No Financial Advice
The Service produces general, educational content (including about crypto, loans and government schemes). It is not financial, legal or investment advice. Crypto and investments carry risk. Always do your own research and verify offers on official sources.
8. Acceptable Use
Do not use the Service to create illegal, deceptive, hateful, infringing, or policy-violating content, to spam, to impersonate others, or to violate any third party’s rights. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
9. Availability & Changes
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any specific results (views, revenue, growth).
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YT CreatorPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
